Ocelot

Ocelot is a lightweight and highly efficient BitTorrent tracker written in C++ for the Gazelle project. It supports requests over TCP and can only track IPv4 peers. When What.CD debuted Ocelot in 2010, the tracker used only 3GB of RAM to power over five million peers.
